How to Manage SKU & Project Statuses

Manage SKU Status

You can modify the status for each SKU task. There are four possible statuses: Created, Generated, In Review, and Completed. Status buttons enable switching between these states, with corresponding color indicators appearing on SKU images.

• Created: Tasks are automatically set to “Created” upon creation.
• Generated: Status changes to “Generated” when image generation begins.
• In Review: Status becomes “In Review” when images are sent for review.
• Completed: Status updates to “Completed” when manually marked complete.

The SKU statuses are not always coupled with the image statuses. You don’t mark all the tasks approved to change the statuses to completed.

Manage Project Statuses

When SKU status reaches “Completed,” the system updates a counter reflecting the ratio of completed SKUs to total project SKUs.

You can click Mark Project Completed to update the project status to “Completed,” visible in the project tab.

Marking a project as Completed is a manual action and is not directly tied to the status of SKU tasks. You don’t need to mark all SKUs or image tasks as completed in order to mark the project as completed.

After marking complete, you can click Mark Project In Progress to revert the status.
