How to Join an Existing Program

When to join a program

• If you are a seller team owner, you can create your program from the program page.
• If you are a seller team member, your program should be automatically added when you register your account.
• If you are a service provider or editor team owner, you can join your client team’s project by asking your client team to invite you or join by entering their team ID.
• Platform team (HuHu AI team) will always be added to the program automatically when the program is created.

Step 1: Get team ID

If you are not a program owner, go to your My Team page, copy the Team ID and share with your seller/client/collaborating team.

If you are a program owner, ask your collaborating team go to their My Team page, copy the Team ID and share with you.

Step 2: Invite collaborating team to your program

Go to Program page, find your owned program, click the action button and then select Manage Collaborating Team.

Step 3: Enter Collaborating Team ID

Click the Invite Collaborating Team button, then enter the collaborating team ID in the pop up.

Click Send Invite button will trigger an invitation email sent to the collaborating team. Your collaborating team will automatically join your program. You can remove them from your program by clicking the remove button on your collaborating team list.

Your collaborating team can switch to your program using the toggle on the left navigation bar.
