Credits are the lifeblood of HuHu AI, allowing users to access the platform’s innovative AI features, including model generation and virtual try-on tools. Each credit represents one SD image for both Try-On and Models. HD model generation and the upcoming HD Try-On will require 2 credits. New users will get 20 free credits to play around with HuHu AI’s features and create watermarked images.
How Do Credits Work?
Most HuHu AI subscription plan comes with a specific number of image credits every month. The Basic Plan offers 250, while the Pro offers 600 credits. The Unlimited Plan, however, does not limit the amount of credits used every month. Users who select this plan will see a balance of 3000 in their account and will need to contact info@huhu.ai to refill their balance as needed. The Basic and Pro Plan credits will be replenished automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
Flexible Usage
You can use image credits across all the features HuHu AI offers, including generating multiple images for different model poses, virtual try-ons, and brand-specific styles. Credits are subtracted from your account balance as you process images. In the case of an error, credits will be automatically restored to your balance but it may take a few minutes to show.
How to Use Credits
Choose the Number of Images from the Try-On or Model Generation dropdown, with a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 4 images per Job. You can always change this number between new jobs. Please note that one credit equals one SD image. So if you generate 4 SD images in a single job, it will cost 4 credits. HD quality models will be added to the Try On in an upcoming update and will cost 2 credits per image.
We recommend creating one to two images per job when starting a new garment and model to test out the fit. If the fit and model work well in the first few tries then try bulk generation with 3 to 4 images per job to get the perfect try on result.
Purchasing Additional Credits
If you run out of credits, there’s no need to worry. You can purchase additional credit packages directly from the Pricing Page. Users will have the option to either upgrade their subscription or purchase a “Pay As You Go” package. The packages include 100, 400, and 900 credits at various prices. Please note these credits will expire at the end of a billing cycle or a month from purchase.
Credit Back Program
When you create a new job, there will be two icons with thumbs up and down. Please share honest feedback about your images with HuHu AI by selecting the Thumbs Up (You were satisfied with the results) or the Thumbs Down icon (you did not like the results). When you select Thumbs Down, you will see a small screen in the right corner to share more details about the problem. Choose the issue type, describe the problem as much as possible, and press “Submit” to share with the HuHu AI team. This will even result in a Credit Back to your account.
